a person who is not sure if God exists or not

a person who holds the view that any ultimate reality (such as God) is unknown 

an agnostic neither believes nor disbelieves in a god or religion 

Agnostic, atheist, infidel, skeptic refer to persons not inclined toward religious belief or a particular form of religious belief.
